Delivery Time

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We use a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00 – Amsterdam) are processed the same day. All products always go through a short processing period before being shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding should any delays occur. Of course, we will keep you informed and always strive to keep delays to a minimum.
